Refund Policy
Kashf Journal of Linguistics is committed to providing high-quality open access publications for the linguistics community. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for your submission or subscription. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.
1. Refunds for Article Processing Charges (APCs)
- Full refund: A full refund of the APC will be granted if your manuscript is withdrawn before peer review begins.
- Partial refund: A 50% refund of the APC will be granted if your manuscript is withdrawn after peer review but before editorial decision.
- No refund: No refund will be granted if your manuscript is withdrawn after editorial decision.
2. Refunds for Subscriptions
- Full refund: A full refund of the subscription fee will be granted if you request cancellation within 14 days of purchasing, and no issues have been accessed during that period.
- Partial refund: A prorated refund of the subscription fee will be granted if you request cancellation after 14 days but before the publication of the next issue. No refund will be granted for accessed issues.
- No refund: No refund will be granted if you request cancellation after the publication of the next issue.
3. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund request at our sole discretion in cases of fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or any other exceptional circumstances.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your request and the necessary information, such as your order number, manuscript ID (if applicable), and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 10 business days and inform you of the decision.
5. Refunds Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
