Paper Prints Policy
The Kashf Journal of Linguistics welcomes submissions of original research articles that make a significant contribution to the field of linguistics. To ensure the wide dissemination of published articles, the journal offers authors the option to order physical copies (paper prints) of their published work. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with ordering paper prints.
Eligibility
Authors of articles accepted for publication in the Kashf Journal of Linguistics are eligible to order paper prints. Co-authors may also place individual orders for paper prints.
Ordering Process
- Authors will receive an email notification upon acceptance of their article for publication. The notification will include a link to an online form where authors can place their paper print order.
- The order form will require authors to specify the quantity of paper prints desired, along with their preferred delivery address.
- Orders must be placed within 30 days of the publication date of the article.
Pricing and Payment
- The cost of paper prints will be based on the number of pages in the article and the printing and shipping costs.
- Authors will be responsible for paying the full cost of their paper print order at the time of placing the order. Payment can be made through secure online payment methods provided on the order form.
- The Kashf Journal of Linguistics will not be responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred by authors, such as customs duties or import taxes.
Delivery
- Paper prints will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of the order being placed.
- Orders will be shipped via a reputable courier service.
- Authors will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
- The Kashf Journal of Linguistics is not responsible for any delays or losses incurred during shipping.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders for paper prints cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
- Refunds will not be issued for paper prints that have already been shipped.
Copyright and Permissions
- Authors retain the copyright to their published articles. However, by submitting their work to the Kashf Journal of Linguistics, authors grant the journal the right to reproduce and distribute their articles in print and electronic formats.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions to reproduce copyrighted material in their articles.
